Damages and incidentals

A Few Words From Us, the Owners :

We’re originally from the south of France and have been coming to Saint Martin for over 30 years—spending most of the year here, as this island truly feels like home.

For many years, we owned a home in Oyster Pond. But when we discovered this beautiful piece of land, it was love at first sight. The view of Anguilla, the peaceful setting, and the direct access to both Happy Bay and Friar’s Bay were simply too good to pass up. So, we made the decision to sell our previous home and start a brand-new project here.

We designed the house ourselves, from the layout to the interior decor. With a background in design, I took great pleasure in creating a space that feels both elegant and welcoming. I’ve always had a creative side, and I really enjoyed choosing the color palettes and painting the interiors myself. Every detail was selected with care, to reflect both our taste and the spirit of the Caribbean.

This home is more than just a vacation rental—it’s a reflection of who we are, and we hope you’ll feel the warmth and beauty of this place just as we do.
